International Relations Office

Developing cultural and linguistic diversity is one of the defining characteristics of Paris 8 University and we constantly strive to strengthen our commitment to fostering an outward-looking perspective, making it a truly international university.

In this perspective, the Paris 8 University International Relations and Cooperation Office aims to develop the scope of the university’s international activity through various educational and scientific cooperative projects.

As part of its role, the International Relations and Cooperation Office creates and maintains a wide range of international opportunities, offering numerous education and research partnerships. The aim is to provide various forms of international mobility schemes (studying abroad, internships, research, teaching assistant jobs) to the University’s different communities (students, doctoral students, teachers, lecturers, administrative staff), as well as leading international projects (international seminars, joint publications, credit transfers, creating joint/double degrees in partnership with international universities).

Paris 8 University partners with a large number of international higher education institutions, and currently has 100 framework agreements and 324 Erasmus+ agreements with 160 partner institutions.
