Lemens & Partners is a recruitment agency specialized in the design, luxury, and fashion industries. Our strength is being international : we speak 10 languages and work for companies
in the CAC 40, luxury groups, car manufacturers, and ready-to-wear brands. Some of our clients are : LVMH, L’Oréal, Renault, Pepsi-Co, BMW, Gerard Darel, Ikks, L’Occitane en Provence and Orange. 40% of our revenue comes from abroad.

1) Position Summary
The International Recruitment Officer intern will be a key member of the team, responsible for the general recruitment process in overseeing a portfolio of clients. You will lead and collaborate
across the organization to understand the needs of our clients and the job market in several industries. As part of a growing company, you will also be able to propose new business ideas and actively improve processes.

2) Main Missions
 ? Identifying potential candidates ( national and international ) for corporate clients via direct
approach, databases, social media, networking, etc.
 ? Recruiting creative profiles for the luxury, automobile, and commercial industries
 ? Evaluating profile quality through phone and face-to-face interviews
 ? Managing applications, responding to candidates, updating databases
 ? Presenting shortlisted candidates to clients
 ? Defining position requirements
 ? Completing market research analysis and identifying useful recruitment metrics
 ? Contributing to our company’s new business strategy and communications

3) Job Qualifications
 ? Master’s students in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or other related programs
 ? Fluent English ( verbal and written ), proficient French, other languages are a plus
 ? Prior experience or knowledge in recruitment is a plus
 ? Excellent relationship-building skills to work with candidates, colleagues, and clients
 ? Rigor, responsiveness, curiosity, and autonomy
 ? Action-based approach with a team player attitude
 ? Interest in design, creation, luxury, automobile, fashion, culture
