  2. Register or log into the CROUS Student Portal.
  3. Create your DSE (Dossier Social Étudiant) by filling out the form (grant and accommodation): follow the instructions carefully step-by-step. For your application to be accepted, you must complete all of the steps.
  4. Once your application is accepted, a confirmation email will be sent with a link that you will need to click.
  5. A copy of your application will then be sent to you in an email attachment.
  6. Check and update your application, if necessary.
  7. Print out your application.

AT THE START OF THE UNIVERSITY YEAR

It is important to confirm your enrolment at Paris 8 University so that CROUS can proceed with your application and organise your grant payment.

You can also visit the LOKAVIZ accommodation platform, created by the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research and CNOUS; this student accommodation platform lists all the accommodation options available both in university halls of residence or in private accommodation.

Visale (formerly the CROUS student rental deposit)
