Garantie des risques locatifs – GRL (rental risk guarantee)

Visale replaced the Garantie des risques locatifs (rental risk guarantee) scheme one year ago. Following an update of CROUS support schemes, Action Logement has now taken over management of the CROUS Clé scheme and the GRL. The principle remains the same, and the scheme provides a guarantor to help you secure a tenancy agreement (administrative help provided via selectra rental kits). The service is still available free of charge and you can start your application and track the entire process at https://www.visale.fr/
