Private student halls of residence

There are a range of private student halls of residence that are open to everyone. They tend to be more expensive than CROUS and offer various student accommodation options in Ile-de-France.

PARME Association

The PARME Association provides short-term furnished accommodation for young professionals, relocated employees, students and interns.

In April 2021, PARME opened their first student halls of residence, PARME Etudes, in Pierrefitte-sur-Seine.

The second PARME Etudes student halls will open in August 2021 in Saint-Denis.
