Sécurité sociale / Social security

L’affiliation à la sécurité sociale française (l’Assurance Maladie) est gratuite pour tous les étudiants en programme d’échange.
· Si vous êtes ressortissant de l’Union Européenne, de l’Espace Economique Européen ou de la Suisse, vous restez rattaché à l’assurance santé de votre pays d’origine. La Carte Européenne d’Assurance Maladie vous permettra d’être remboursé de vos dépenses de santé en France.
· Les étudiants qui ne sont pas originaires de ces pays devront s’affilier à l’assurance maladie sur le site https://etudiant-etranger.ameli.fr/

Dans tous les cas nous vous invitons à consulter Étudiant : votre prise en charge | ameli.fr | Assuré où vous trouverez des informations en français et en anglais sur les conditions d’affiliation, les documents à prévoir et les démarches à suivre en France (comment être remboursé, etc.).

Membership of the French social security system (Assurance Maladie) is free of charge for all exchange students.
– If you are a citizen of the European Union, the European Economic Area or Switzerland, you remain affiliated to the health insurance scheme of your country of origin. The European Health Insurance Card will enable you to be reimbursed for your health expenses in France.
– Students from outside these countries should register for health insurance at https://etudiant-etranger.ameli.fr/.

Les cours de FLE (FRANÇAIS LANGUE ETRANGERE) / FLE (FRENCH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE) courses

Indépendamment des semaines d’intégration, vous avez la possibilité de suivre des cours de FLE (Français Langue Etrangère) durant le semestre.
Chaque cours donne lieu à 6 crédits (ECTS).
Les cours de FLE s’adressent aux étudiants non francophones en mobilité (Erasmus, MICEFA, etc.) qui souhaitent améliorer leurs compétences écrites et/ou orales en langue française.

Independently of the integration weeks, you can take FLE (French as a Foreign Language) courses during the semester.
Each course is worth 6 credits (ECTS).
FLE courses are aimed at non-French-speaking students on mobility programs (Erasmus, MICEFA, etc.) who wish to improve their written and/or oral skills in French.
